A sensitive voltammetric sensor for specific recognition of vitamin C in human plasma based on MAPbI3 perovskite nanorods

چکیده

A novel and sensitive electrode was suggested for the rapid determination of ascorbic acid (AA) using a glassy carbon (GCE) modified with synthesized MAPbI3 L-cys (L-cys/MAPbI3/GCE). Determination as an important component human diet due to help in decreasing blood pressure improving endothelial function is crucial. The characterized by different methods, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), diffraction (XRD). fabricated exhibited superior electrical conductivity fast transfer kinetics. results illustrated that developed had outstanding electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation AA 0.1 M Britton–Robinson buffer(B-R) supporting electrolyte. demonstrated linear range differential pulse voltammetry 0.02–11.4 µM low detection limit 8.0 nM acid. It can be stated proposed sensor successfully applied plasma samples.
